Stars jet out to Australia ahead of Im A Celebrity start date

As all eyes turn Down Under for I’m A Celeb, the hosts, co-hosts – and their family and friends – have started to touch down ahead of the show’s launch date of November 18.

Joe Swash – who presents I’m A Celeb: Extra Camp with Joel Dommett and Scarlett Moffatt – was the first to settle in to Aussie life, as he flew in with his son, Harry, and his mum, Kiffy.

The family flew out three days ago – leaving behind his girlfriend, Stacey Solomon and her kids – and by the looks of things have been having a whale of a time since arriving.

Joe has posted pics of the family out cycling and enjoying a spot of breakfast.

He then posted a cute pic with Harry and said: “We are making some amazing memories 2gever”.

Joe’s girlfriend, Stacey, posted a sweet message ahead of her other half’s trip to Oz.

“We are gonna miss you so much @realjoeswashy but we can’t wait to watch you doing what you do best. No fun and Lots of trials please,” she requested.

“Honestly though, our home will feel empty without you bub. Except for the bed, the bed will feel wonderfully spacious and snore free,” she added.

Meanwhile, Joe’s Extra Camp co-host Joel Dommett has has a more celeb-filled journey to New South Wales. He explained on Instagram stories earlier today:

“I’ve got a very weird day today. I fly to the jungle but not until 10pm this evening, and before then I’m doing a gig on a British Airways flight.”

He was hosting the gig with Russell Kane and Rob Beckett, but for some reason, Mark Wright was also on the flight. The gig was to help raise money for Comic Relief.

Finally, Scarlett Moffatt was enjoying the perks of flying first class to Oz today and tucked into the free champagne as she settled herself on board for the long flight.

She posted a picture of her enjoying the high life and said: “Still feel like a competition winner when I fly business.”

In further Instagram stories, the excited Geordie – who was crowned Queen Of The Jungle in 2016 – said thanks to all the well-wishers ahead of her starting her stint on the ITV show.

“I’m so excited but slightly nervous, today’s the day I go to Australia and I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all the lovely messages about the jungle and Extra Camp and honestly, I can’t wait to get stuck in”.

Declan Donnelly and Holly Willoughby are still to fly out, with the main hosts expected to fly out this weekend.
